Great service, delicious food!
A big part of satisfaction is expectations so keep in mind this is a fusion restaurant, traditional looking dishes all have a twist or 2! I had the spicy pork torta and elite skillet, both were great! The one thing I'll mention is that although these dishes mentioned spicy ingredients the overall flavor was not spicy. I emphasize it was still delicious but if you are craving truly spicy food maybe ask for some extra hot sauce or something. Also service was just fantastic! -

It was ok. The food looked massive but the bowl with 3 proteins didn't have a lot to it. The amount of meat wasn't a whole lot. It was packed with rice and lettuce and veggies. So don't expect a whole lot. It was a bit bland too (no there was no flavor to the meat) so you really had to pack on the red sauce.
The calamari wasn't bad. The popcorn chicken was quite good.
The service was a little neglectful. Our server seemed to also play hostess/cashier. So that was a little confusing.
I have to give this the honest amount of stars because that's the feeling we left with, to be honest. -

Really enjoyed the food here. It's a bit pricey but I really enjoyed the meal we had here. The fusion, the quality, and the flavor were all very highly enjoyable. I would definitely come back if I was in the area again.
I recommend the tacos, the cheese corn elote and their quesadilla. Our waitresses were all really attentive and got our order and food quickly. -

I'll preface this review by saying that this is a nice spot, the flavors are there and prices are a bit high but not unreasonable. I'm sure on a Tuesday evening you could pop in a have a great and delicious meal but holy hell! A Friday evening in August on payday weekend is not the time to tell your service and kitchen staff to take a holiday.
It's easy to see how stretched the staff was! It was very busy, there were 2 waitresses and a bartender. There was also a gent manning the door, seating people and I can only imagine 1 or 2 people in the kitchen for the absolute onslaught of hungry patrons descending upon this establishment! Tables were left uncleared, drinks and selections took forever, there was no return service to check on us and I wanted another beer...
It was so bad I took notes so I wouldn't forget everything I needed to point out for this review! Let's dig in!
The good: Their beer selections were amazing. I got a blood orange hef and my wife got a mango wheat! Freaking amazing! My youngest got a steak and cheese sammy which appeared to have bulgogi, cheese and other stuff. That was good. My wife's udon stir fry was good as well... at first...
The bad - buckle in folks: Understaffed, overwhelmed, overcooked, slow, tasty at first - followed by being so rich and excessively flavored that it got gross.
1. I ordered the chorizo, pork belly bowl without egg and pork belly buns - the bowl was okay at first, the pork was overcooked like crazy on the meat part but under cooked on the fat. If you've ever eaten almost raw fat, it's wretched! Yuck! It came in a skillet, rice on the bottom was burnt and unappetizing. The dish in general was flavorful but overcooked and dry. There's no way the egg would have saved it!
2. Pork belly buns - the bun was icky! No flavor, doughy - the sauce and greens were almost nonexistent further killing any chance of flavor and the pork was dry and overcooked in the meat but again under on the fat.
I also believe one of those dishes gave me a bit of food poisoning because I was not well after and had no fun this morning - if you know what I mean!
3. My oldest got a cheese burger slider and waffle fries from the kids menu - a paper thin slice of overcooked dry mean topped with cheese and slightly burnt bun. The waffle fries were good tho.
4. The noodles that my wife got had bags of rich flavor for days which is great if it came in a palm sized bowl! It was just way too much of that flavor and ended up getting gross, she also felt not so great after eating it.
We didn't have a great experience but I don't think it was the food in this case so much as the fact that they just were unprepared! I'd try it again but definitely when they are not being stress tested by all of Orange County on a Friday night. -

This place is pretty cool when it comes to both the food and the ambiance.
Food: The Garlic shrimp skillet was too good, I loved the burnt garlic flavor. Fire chicken skillet was good too.
Ambiance & Service: I loved their outdoor seating, thankfully it was a breezy evening when I went in. the service was good, food came in pretty quick and the waitstaff was very sweet.
It's a nice hangout spot after a long day of shopping. Would recommend.
